Mel Ott was one of the greatest home run hitters of his era. He was the first National League player to surpass 500 home runs in his career and he spent his entire career playing for the New York Giants. This dual memorabilia comes from Playoff's upper end Prime Cuts set. It features a piece of jersey and pants that Ott wore during his major league career. It's also numbered to 25 (mine is #4/25). This definitely garnered strong consideration for my countdown since Ott is a pre 50's superstar and his memorabilia cards are not as overproduced as other stars.
