It's nice to have key rookie cards of players who revolutionized their sport and that's especially case here with Walter Payton. One of the greatest running backs of all time, Payton was the NFL's career leading rusher for many years until Emmitt Smith broke that record in 2002. This card has a couple of soft corners, but it doesn't matter to me. Being able to say I own a rookie card of "Sweetness" is something I'm proud of, no matter what the condition, and this is definitely one of my favorite rookie cards that I own in my collection.
